Digital measures have played a crucial role in the response to the crisis and in recovery policies. People with disabilities need to be included in the digital domain to shape a more inclusive future of work. However, this comes with challenges such as the need for new skills, technological barriers, and working condition challenges. The goal of a project is to reduce the impact of a digital world of work on people with disabilities and turn these challenges into opportunities.
